What is included

Visual direction
One typography, colour and composition proposal based on your existing identity. A new logo or full brand identity is not included.
Structure and content
Up to four main pages and sixteen sections. Organisation and light editing of up to 1,500 supplied words and preparation of twenty images you have permission to use.
Design and development
Mobile and desktop, one language and one agreed, bounded main interaction, such as a gallery or card composition. No 3D, video or cinematic sequences.
Contact and technical preparation
Links to existing email, phone, WhatsApp or booking channels; search titles and descriptions, headings, relevant alternative text and sitemap. Navigation, contact, mobile, keyboard, basic contrast, motion and load checks; image optimisation.
Launch and delivery
One authorised launch on the agreed domain and hosting; files or transfer depending on the platform, an external services list and a short guide. Up to three additional simple legal pages using your final text; no legal writing or advice.

What is excluded
Domain, hosting, licences and paid assets are separate and agreed before acceptance, preferably in your own accounts. Forms, sending services, analytics and integrations are quoted separately if needed. No extra costs are added without agreement.
Full brand identity, shops, payments, inventory, user accounts, custom booking systems, migrations, multiple languages, full copywriting, photography, video, campaigns, social media management, ongoing SEO and indefinite support are excluded.

Can I change text or photos myself?

How many revisions are included?
Two consolidated rounds with one reviewer. Each round covers the agreed scope; changing the objective or reopening an approved visual direction requires a scope and cost review. Fixing errors against the agreement does not use a round. Three working days per review are proposed; silence is not approval.

Will the website rank on Google or bring me clients?
Basic search preparation and a clear contact journey do not guarantee rankings, visits, enquiries or sales. Accessibility certification and a guaranteed performance score are not included.
What support is available afterwards?
Communication mainly in writing, Monday to Friday, with an agreed response within two working days. Continuous availability is not included. Thirty calendar days after publication to report and correct faults against the approved scope. New content, features and issues caused by third parties or subsequent changes are excluded. The contract specifies the terms while respecting applicable legal obligations.
